You have requested Active Connexions to initiate and carry out a remote support serve on you computer at a rate of £5.00 per 15 minute sessions.. If you have a Silver Support package, the first 30 minted of support iOS free of charge each month.

Remote support is provide via the use of Teamviewer for which Active Connexions has a bulk licence, this program has to be downloaded and installed onto your system before the remote session can commence. Therefore if you do not agree to this and the terms and conditions below, please inform us and we will terminate the session.

The ability for Active Connexions to remotely access your computer significantly enhances our ability to resolve your technical problem(s) quickly. You understand that by requesting such assistance you are providing Active Connexions personnel with access to and control of, your computer. In doing so, you could be providing Active Connexions personnel access to files that reside on your computer. Therefore, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content or system settings. You understand and agree that by accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that remote intervention may in some cases cause data and/or software corruption on your computer. Therefore, Active Connexions explicitly recommends that you back up the data from your computer before accepting remote technical support. If you do not back up your data, you run the possibility of irretrievable loss of such data and Active Connexions will not be liable for any loss of data or extra costs incurred from 3rd parties, however caused.

You understand and agree that after running the Remote Support program, it will create a secure and encrypted remote session which connects the Active Connexions engineer with your computer. This session can be terminated any time by any of the parties by closing the Agent window. Active Connexions warns that if you interrupt the communication during the session, it may cause your computer to malfunction.

You understand and agree to pay Active Connexions' remote support charges of £15.00per 15-minute session or part, thereof. Active Connexions must explicitly point out that even while maintaining the utmost care, the possibility of material or non-material damages, in connection with remote technical assistance, cannot be ruled out completely. Such damage may result from failure of the connection between your computer and Active Connexions, the compounding effects of computer infiltrations, software, hardware or other factors.

By continuing with Remote Support, you agree to hold Active Connexions Limkted free from responsibility for all loss, corruption or damage to all software applications, data or any information stored on any device. You understand it is your obligation to ensure your data is properly backed up before commencing a remote support session. By using our Remote Support System you accept these Terms & Conditions.
